We want your Reverie purchase to bring you joy, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. And we are here to assist you with returns or exchanges.

Here are four easy steps on how to exchange or return your item:

1. Please ensure that your item is in its original condition, with no signs of wear, washing, or damage, including the original paper tags.
2. Contact our Customer Care team through the form on the Contact Us page to receive your return shipping instructions.
3. Pack your order in the original package and send it back to us using a trackable and insured service, at your expense.
4. Provide us with the tracking number so we can process your return more efficiently.

Alternatively, please allow 2–3 weeks for your return to be processed. We will email you once your refund or exchange has been processed.

Please note that we cannot refund shipping and handling charges (we cover only standard return delivery costs across the US), customs duties, import taxes, or VAT.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us a photo of the item, along with your order number, and we will handle everything to get you a replacement item promptly.

Please note, you can return your item within 14 days after the purchase.
